When changing a wall from siding to brick or from brick to siding you may be asked to "Roll the Wall In" or "Roll the Wall Out".

Note that changing wall types may affect the Area calculations. The purpose of Rolling In or Rolling Out is to mitigate how much the areas may change.

There will be times when you can not roll in or roll out some of the walls due to constraints of the project.

Rolling In

When asked to roll the wall in use the following Wall Alignment options.

Brick to siding:

  • Brick Wall select Outside of Current Wall's Outermost Bearing Material
  • Siding Wall select Outside of New Wall's Outermost Bearing Material
