  • Disc Lights
    • Hallways
    • Pantry
    • Closets (when there are lights)
    • Master Bedroom (4)
  • WP Outlets
    • Front Porch (2)
    • Rear Porch (2)
    • Near A/C Pad
  • Spotlight Double
    • 4 on outside corners
  • C/O Decector
    • 1 in each hallway or area where there is a bedroom
  • Smoke Detector
    • 1 in each bedroom

Back Porch Fans

  • If ceiling fans are indicated for the back porch they will be one of these options. If the plans do not indicate which one then please ask.
    • Prewire for Future Fans. No fans are actually being installed. Just wiring for a fan to be installed sometime in the future.
    • Customer Supplied - CTH to install. CTH does not supply ceiling fans for back porches so if they are to be installed they will be supplied by the customer.
