  • Switched light if the Attic stairs are in a hallway.
  • Pullchain light if the attic stairs are in the garage.
• Ceiling Outlet for Garage Door Opener
  • 1 each for the main garage doors. Outlets are optional for Storage Room doors and other secondary doors such as a garage door opening to a back yard.
• Floor Outlets
  • 1 outlet in the Great Room
• Bathrooms
  • 1 outlet at each vanity sink
  • Vent/Light/Heat (unless some other fixture is specified

Optional

• Back Porch Fans
  • If ceiling fans are indicated for the back porch they will be one of these options. If the plans do not indicate which one then please ask.
    • Prewire for Future Fans. No fans are actually being installed. Just wiring for a fan to be installed sometime in the future.
    • Customer Supplied - CTH to install. CTH does not supply ceiling fans for back porches so if they are to be installed they will be supplied by the customer.
