Building Options vs Layers

Both Building Options and Layers are used to hide or display items.

Building Options can be used to make items completely appear or disappear from the plan and 3D.

Layers affect the visibility of objects. The visibility of Layers can be adjusted for each drawing mode.

Building Options affect both 2D and 3D.

Layers affect 2D only.
