Standard on All Plans

Disc Lights
- Hallways
- Pantry
- Closets (when there are lights)
- Master Bedroom (4)
WP Outlets
- Front Porch (2)
- Rear Porch (2)
- Near A/C Pad
Spotlight Double
- 4 on outside corners
C/O Decector
- 1 in each hallway or area where there is a bedroom
Smoke Detectors
- 1 in each bedroom
- NOTE: When a home has gas heat, gas appliances, or a gas fireplace, all he smoke detectors need to be smoke & C/O combo detectors and add one in the great room.
Attic Light
- Switched light if the Attic stairs are in a hallway.
- Pullchain light if the attic stairs are in the garage.
Garage
- Ceiling Outlet for Garage Door Opener
  - 1 each for the main garage doors. Outlets are optional for Storage Room doors and other secondary doors such as a garage door opening to a back yard.
- 3 Outlets
Floor Outlets
- 1 outlet in the Great Room
Bathrooms
- 1 outlet at each vanity sink
- Vent/Light/Heat (unless some other fixture is specified
Bedrooms
- 1 Ceiling Fan
- 1 TV cable outlet
- 1 CAT 6 outlet
- 1 Smoke Detector if all electric OR 1 smoke & C/O combo detector if home has gas. See Smoke Detectors NOTE above.

Optional

Back Porch Fans
- If ceiling fans are indicated for the back porch they will be one of these options. If the plans do not indicate which one then please ask.
  - Prewire for Future Fans. No fans are actually being installed. Just wiring for a fan to be installed sometime in the future.
  - Customer Supplied - CTH to install. CTH does not supply ceiling fans for back porches so if they are to be installed they will be supplied by the customer.
