Is it possible to change the format of a stamp - @date ?

My border is pretty narrow and I would prefer a shorter date than 'September 18, 2012'.  It could be Sept. 18, 2012 or even 2012-09-18, etc

@date

There doesn't appear to be any date format settings in SoftPlan.

I tried adjusting the Windows "Long Date" settings at Control Panel, Region and Language but that didn't appear to have any effect either. But I didn't reboot my system after making the adjustment so it is possible that would work after a reboot. Give it a try and see.

The only other suggestion would be to either make the title block bigger, make the @date font smaller, or manually enter the dates.

Short date

Hi there,

New to the group and reading through all the old posts (alot of good stuff!). Just wanted to comment on the short date. It is available. When your placing a note (not a speed note) there is a button on the lower right for "Stamps". If you click on this, there is an option for "@DATE_SHORT". This should give you what you're looking for.

Phil - Thanks and welcome to

Phil - Thanks and welcome to the site.  Since I made that post I did spend some time playing around with the info stamps.  I would love it if I could create some custom fields and formatting, but I have starting using them more in the last 5-6 weeks.

@date_short

Hey Philip. Thanks for pointing that out. When this discussion was created @DATE_SHORT did not exist. It was added in version 2014.
