Without looking at your spd

Without looking at your spd files I would suggest erasing the main floor roof.

Next I would recreate the main floor roof hitting the multi floor roof tab.

Hope this helps.

Looks like you need to edit

Looks like you need to edit the circle where your shed roof meets the wall and give it a vertical

incline and set the overhang to zero.

Multifloor ROOF HELP NEEDED - 1st problem fixed...

Thanks, Mike! That worked! Now I have another problem....where the two intersecting roofs meet on top, there is a gap. See photo attached. How do I fix that?

Roof problem

Looking at your plan, it's a very confusing way to draw a plan. Are your walls really built 2 storeys high or just the way your drawing it?

If you want you roof to work properly, you must;

Have your walls at correct height and offset. They should be vary a lot.

Have the circles for the overhangs attaching to your walls. If they're hollow, you have to move them closer to attach.

Presently, your gap is created because you have 2 separate roofs intersecting. You can't have both attaching to 4 walls. One must be main roof with the other intersecting with auto pitch.

The easiest thing would be to redraw the 2nd floor roof as one. This would take care of your intersection.

You probably should use the gables provided by roof instead of fitting to roof unless you really need it so that your top of wall is flat.
