How to draw a Raised Bungalow High Ranch) foundation
SoftPlan Version:
2016

I am Just Learning Softplan and have to draw a raised bungalow.  4'-0" foundation wall/ 4'-0" framed wall (knee wall) / floor system and then 8'-0" framed wall.  and roof.

The entry is a split level with 7 stairs up to the main floor and 7 stairs down to the basement.

The garage is located at the entry level height.

Any tutorials on this sort of house configuration??

Any guidance would be helpful.

Thanks.

Tutorials

Scottie, I would have you read the tutorials Understanding Joist Levels and Proper Use of Reference Points to get you started. Once you have those concepts down you can ask more specific questions if you are still stuck. If you include images of what you have so far and indicate where you are having difficulties that would be very helpful in pinpointing exactly what you should do. Otherwise it is just a guessing game.

Glad it helped

Scottie, I'm glad the tutorial was helpful. Be sure to study the reference points tutorial as well. You will need to understand how to use the reference point if you are doing multiple height walls on a multi-story plan.
