Details Tab Missing in Elevation Mode
SoftPlan Version:
2014

This may sound stupid, but I am not seeing the  Details  Tab when I am in my Elevation Mode, and I want to draw  shutters . I see it when I am in the Drawing Mode, but the shutters are not shown from the top down, they are shown like they would appear in the elevation. Help?

Are you in drawing mode and

Are you in drawing mode and using the menu ribbon?  I only see a detail button in the drawing mode on the ribbon.  I'm not sure that can be changed, I gave it a quick search and found no way to change it.

Edit: I should have read your first sentence more closely. I see you said you were in drawing mode.

Shutters

Hello Barbara. There are 2 ways to add shutters. The shutters under Draw tab Detail are what you would use to just draw in some shutters, say for instance on an elevation drawing that you have saved. But you mentioned that you were trying to add shutters while in "Elevation Mode". When looking at any of the 3D modes you are seeing a 3D view of the floor plans. You are not looking at a separate editable drawing. You can, however, edit the plans by editing objects in the 3D view. Shutters are added to windows by editing the window, click on the Shutter tab, put a check next to Shutter, and then select the shutter you want from the window that opens. You can edit any of the windows in the plan or any of the 3D modes and add shutters in this way.
